Bacon & Egg Breakfast Cups

{Recipe Tin from Rifle Paper Co.}

I found this recipe on Pinterest a long time ago and it is my brother’s very favorite thing. They are super easy to make, delicious, and the perfect thing for a busy family on the go.

Bacon & Egg Cups:


  • 6 eggs
  • 6 full slices of lightly cooked bacon
  • 3 slices of bread (any kind will do, it’s your preference)
  • shredded cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste


I only put 6 eggs/bacon slices because I usually use a 6 cup muffin tin but you can make more. 

Yield: 6 (1 cup per person)


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray so the cups don’t stick.
  3. Pinch off pieces of bread and line the bottom of each cup in the muffin tin.
  4. Place lightly cooked bacon strips around the edges of the cup. Put a pinch or two of shredded cheese in the middle.
  5. Next, crack the eggs and drop them inside the cup on top of the cheese.
  6. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, then place in oven for 12-13 minutes.
  7. Let cool, then enjoy!
