Buffalo Chicken Dip Recipe

This recipe is near and dear to my heart. It is a must-have when my best friends and I get together! This mouth-watering recipe always brings back memories of fun nights filled with Pretty Little Liars, sparkling grape juice, blind-folded makeovers, and lots of laughs. I present:

Buffalo Chicken Dip


  • 2 cans of chunk chicken
  • 2 bars of cream cheese
  • a handful of shredded cheese (or two handfuls if you’re really felling it)
  • about half a bottle of ranch dressing
  • about half a bottle of buffalo sauce
  • tortilla chips
  • sparkling grape juice


The fattier the better. 

You may notice that these aren’t exact measurements as we always guesstimate.

You don’t have to have sparkling grape juice, it’s just what we always have to have.


  1. Set stove on medium heat and dump the cans of chunk chicken into a medium-sized cooking pot. Using a fork, mush up the chunk chicken until it looks more like shredded chicken.


2. Add in cream cheese (works best if softened).

3. Once cream cheese is softened, add the rest of the ingredients. Stir everything together until blended well.


4. Serve with tortilla chips and sparkling grape juice for the perfect girl’s night in!


Yield: 2-4 hungry twenty somethings
