I’ve recently discovered an amazing alternative to potato chips…kale chips! They are super easy to make and really good! There are also never ending flavors you can come up with to try! Your limit is only as far as your imagination takes you!

Here are the ingredients I used to make mine. I kept it simple with the seasoned salt but I want to try a pickled flavor or cheddar next time!
This is about the size you want for your kale chips. When they bake, they’ll shrivel up a little so they won’t be that big.
Tossing the seasoning and olive oil here.
Placing them in the oven for 10-13 minutes.
